Returns & Exchanges

We’re so grateful that you’ve decided to choose Milkful. We know that you’ve put a lot of faith in us to support you during your most precious moments, and we’re dedicated to providing you with high-quality bras that fit your needs. Here’s what you need to know about our return and exchange policy:

  • We welcome returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order date for a full-refund
  • Any items returned or exchanged must be in clean, unworn and unused condition with tags attached
  • Do not remove or dispose of any of the labels or packaging until you are sure that the size and fit are to your liking and you intend to keep the item
  • Please try on your bra(s) after a shower, without lotions, creams, or other products on your skin, over a tight-fitting tank or other piece of clothing until you are certain you will not require a return
  • We cannot accept returns for items soiled with sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, or strong smells such as cigarette smoke or perfume

Returned bras must be re-sellable. You wouldn’t want to purchase something that has been stained by someone else.

How to Return or Exchange Your Bra 

Email your request to hello@milkfulmom.com and we’ll respond with a return authorization form, which includes specific instructions.

Some important details:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.  You may use any carrier but we highly recommend using a method with tracking.
  • Returned items will be evaluated for defects by our Quality Assurance Department. Any bra received that is not in its original condition (i.e. has sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, smells, etc.) will be returned back to you “as is,” without reimbursement, and at your cost to ship back to you. 
  • In the event of a return, we’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.  In an exchange, you’ll receive an automated email with the new tracking details.
  • Original shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Exchanges must be shipped back to us at your expense, however the post-return shipping back to you will be covered by us.
